It felt as though helping a client was an inconvenience to her. On top of that, her attitude came across as rude and dismissive, which made the interaction even more frustrating. I expect professionalism and support from someone in her position, and unfortunately, that was not what I received. I hope this feedback encourages better customer service going forward."
